An avid yoga practitioner, Diane was introduced to Rolfing by her primary yoga teacher, Tias Little. She received her first 10-series at the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in 2007. She subsequently completed her Rolfing training and Rolf Movement Certification in Brazil in 2010. She has worked as a teaching assistant at the Rolf Institute and has taught anatomy curricula for various yoga teacher training programs.
In 2016, Diane completed her Masters of Physician Assistant studies at Northwestern University. She currently works full time as a Physician Assistant in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation on the Colorado Front Range. She works alongside an Osteopathic Physician where she performs Osteopathic Manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, and integrates movement therapy into her work. Diane continues to teach yoga and explore movement in all of its many forms.
